If a HiddenMX address is being used for spam, phishing, scams, harassment or another violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, open a support ticket and choose Abuse. You do not need a HiddenMX account.
Include the HiddenMX address, the original message and full headers, the Message-ID, and the date and time with your time zone. Add a short explanation of what happened.
Do not send passwords, recovery keys, wallet seed phrases or private keys.
We will acknowledge the report or begin an initial review within seven calendar days. Reports involving immediate danger or ongoing harm receive priority.
